Our Founder - Sam Dakin
I founded Sloane Shorey Consulting in 2017 on the principle that focused expertise, a strong professional network, and personalised service produce successful recruitment outcomes. I oversee the firm’s engagements across Asia, offering clients market insights and recruitment solutions for complex, confidential, and strategic hiring needs.
With 20 years of recruitment experience, including five years in London, two in Hong Kong, and more than thirteen in Singapore, I have developed extensive expertise in hiring across financial services, corporates, and consulting firms.
Before founding Sloane Shorey, I worked with international recruitment firms, specialising in finance, compliance, and risk management hiring. I began my career in accounting and finance within the financial services industry, working for Barclays and Fox-Pitt, Kelton (FPK) in The City.
